1. Generally responsible for resolving operating system / Hardware (Desktops/Notebooks) & Network related issues. 2. Troubleshooting hardware & networking related queries of our global customers over phone. 3. Deal with a wide variety of products using a powerful information database. 4. Expected to follow the Work Instructions as per geography to meet operational metrics. 5. Expected to provide E2E support to customers for better customer experience. |

1. Technical Support Engineer should be well versed with operating systems and Hardware Components. 2. He /She should upgrade technical skills with changing technology and should acquire technical certifications as per the business & career development. |
