Job Description:	-> New Business Development from Existing Clients or ongoing Project. -> Market research and visit to potential clients to generate sales enquiries. -> Coordinating with Operations for getting BOQ, Preparing Quotation, Pre Qualification and submitting well in time. -> Invoice Preparation & Cost Analysis for the assigned Project. -> Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers. -> Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs. -> Persuading clients that our services best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. -> Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs. -> Coordinating with Client & Operation Team to execute the New Project. -> To achieve Sales given targets well in time. -> Meet various Consultants & Clients and attend necessary meetings , Register the Company in their vendor list and pitch for New Biz.
