Job Position :	Manager – Solution Sales
Experience :	4+ Years
Job Location :	Pune
Job Profile :	1.Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques. 2. Research the customer environment to be able to suggest right solutions. 3. Articulate the solution in terms of ROI to the customer. 4. Utilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives. 5. Rely on excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction. 6. Capitalize on industry knowledge and contacts to uncover business opportunities. 7. Develop new business opportunities and win new account business.
Desired Profile :	1. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in selling large value enterprise software solutions to large corporates in India. 2. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must. 3. Demonstrated success in managing large account relationships. 4. Demonstrated success developing new accounts and opportunities. 5. Should have good industry knowledge. 6. Candidates with background in ITIL based solutions’ (ITSM / BSM) sales or ERP / CRM/ BI solutions’ sales or Software Testing / SDLC products’ sales will be preferred.
