2. Handling existing clients, cases or accounts.
3. Active participation in marketing activities (newsletters, webinars and events).
4. Handle and deal with customers / clients over phone, emails and face-to-face meetings.
5. Responsible for timely generation of required reports and documentations. |
| Desired Profile : |
1. Good communication skills.
2. Good at using MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
3. Candidates with experience in IT Sales will be preferred.
4. Prepare report using Excel / CRM.
5. Should be able to build good understanding of various technologies. |
