| Job Description : | -> Will be in charge of planning, executing and providing feedback to the organization on either of the following areas: Direct Marketing, Web, Database Management, Customer Relationship Management, Events. -> Develop local Market intelligence.
 -> Own the Regional Marketing Plan.
 -> Create the complete regional marketing plan in conjunction with the sales feedback for lead generation activities.
 -> Create the strategy for the regional marketing communication activities.
 -> Track and Monitor the Regional Metrics.
 -> Constantly track and monitor the health parameters of the region.
 -> Work closely with the sales, customers to get feedback on the regional market trends and the Marketing activities.
 -> Provide feedback about the regional marketing activities to the management and media specialists.
 -> Report any undesirable trends to the management.
 -> Take Necessary Corrective Measures to achieve the desirable goals.
 -> Recognize any undesirable trend and device contingency plan to address the same.
