| Job Profile : |
-> Work on all the aspects of Software Development from Design, Coding, Testing with particular focus on prototyping, web development and database management.
-> Programming with a strong focus on Usability, Customer Experience and Modular Architecture for Scalability.
-> Drive discussions about new product feature development and be a key member in definition of future product roadmap.
-> Maintain strong relationships with Customers and manage any form of technical customer support.
-> Identify opportunities for adoption of new technologies, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of Product Development by effectively communicating results to Founders. |
| Desired Profile : |
-> B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree in a computer science discipline from a top tier institute.
-> Experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (or equivalent).
-> Strong understanding of Web Development, Data structures, Algorithms & Object Oriented Programming.
-> Strong programming ability using Java, MySQL, Javascript, HTML & XML.
-> Familiarity with Python, AJAX & Agile Software Development process.
-> Strong Prototyping ability.
-> Comfortable on both Unix and Windows environment.
-> A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity.
-> Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment and drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations. |
