-> Ability to handle and respond to constant Live Chats via Live Chat tools and email inquiries.
-> Assist prospective customers with all processes in connection with clients back office Risk Operations teams.
-> Research and resolve inquiries verbally, in writing, and on-line.
-> Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
-> Responsible for attending ongoing training. |
| Skills Set : |
-> Young Graduate Fresher with Excellent Written and spoken English.
-> Ability to function in multiple email queues covering several product lines.
-> Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies /process.
-> Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications including Microsoft Office.
-> Ability to communicate effectively via telephone by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer.
-> Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills.
-> Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
-> Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
-> Fluency in the language of the Market being supported and English language test is applicable (tools are in English).
-> Maintain acceptable levels of discretion, teamwork and commitment, endeavoring to exceed expectations in all.
-> Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals. |
