Job Profile :	-> Ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met. -> Identify and champion new services that the sub-service line can perform at GSS – India GTH. -> Represent the sub-service line practice to external audiences. -> Develop, mentor and supervise. -> Demonstrate leadership and executive presence. -> Communicate your progress and the project status to supervisors. -> Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal. -> Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.
