Job Profile :	-> Delivering Service Performance Report in accordance with internal standard and customer needs. -> Collate and analyze required data from different function sources. -> Producing service reports in predefined format on a periodic basis, making sure that quality standard are consistent. -> Trend Analysis to identify recurring service issues. -> Highlight these issues to the Service Manager and customer to carry out in depth investigation to support resolution Meeting SLA deadlines on time.
Desired Profile :	-> Skills Required: Microsoft Excel (Generating Reports). -> Excellent Communication Skills.
