In consultation with the Kalon Tripa Dr Lobsang Sangay and advise from him, the Public Service Commission, CTA announces theSpecial Recruitment Training Academy (RTA) summer session 2012. It will be held at the College for higher Tibetan studies, Sarah near Dharamshala from July-November 2012 Applications are invited from all Tibetans with Post graduate & Undergraduate degrees who are keen to serve CTA and alike Tibetan civil societies.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be minimum undergraduates (BA, BSc, BCom) or having an equivalent degree from a recognized educational institute.
- Applicants should be a Tibetan with the Green Book and specified payments made up to date.
- Applicants must have a valid document which allows him/her to legally live in India or Nepal
- If the applicants are employees of a government or private Co., it is a mandatory to have a letter of no objection from the employer.
