Job Profile :	1. Good in academics (Very important). 2. Good knowledge of project management processes and SDLC methodology preferred but not mandatory or else willing to learn. 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills Flexible and able to work successfully in a dynamic team environment. 4. Active listening and negotiation skills. 5. Should have an 'eye for details'. 6. Fresher or experienced in project domain. 7. Suggest improvements in standards/processes for project. 8. Ability to analyze and define project processes desired. 9. Good knowledge of MS Office and MS-Project or equivalent Project Management software. 10. Package: All candidates will draw a stipend of 2.40 LPA. 11. During their tenure members will undergo training and periodic review of performance. 12. Candidate will be on probation for a period of 6 months and post successful completion of 6 months will be confirmed with Hurix as an Associate Business. 13. The compensation changes will be done in line with company Appraisal cycle.
