Project Profile :
-> Development / Customization of MVC2 based Software Applications.
-> Extensive implementation of MVC architecture.
-> Involves Complex Modules with business transactions.
-> Implementation of Multiple Design patterns.
-> Team size of more than 30 in the project.
-> SDLC involving Agile Methodology.
Responsibilities :
-> Analyze the requirements by interacting with the Product Owner, in a collaborative environment.
-> Develop JSPs, Servlets, Java Beans, EJB and Struts based classes.
-> Design & Develop all layers of MVC architecture.
-> Project situation based Problem solving.
-> Unit Testing and Deliveries.
-> Independently handle one or more modules.
-> Contribute to new technology initiatives (Usage of new architectures/tools, Usage of design patterns, Usage of relevant coding methodologies to improve performance, scalability, reusability etc.).
Pre requisites :
-> 6 months to 2.5 years of work experience in Core Java and JSP, Servlets.
-> Must have very good expertise in Core Java and JSP programming.
-> Must be conceptually strong in Core Java internals.
-> Must have used at least one Framework.
-> Must have basic exposure to Coding standards and Best practices.
-> Must have good communication.
-> Must have good analytical capabilities.
-> Must possess a Passport & be willing to travel abroad for International projects.
