Job Profile :	-> Customer Support Associate required by India's Leading BPO for it's Domestic process with the following skill set. -> Excellent Customer Service Skills and Aptitude. -> Knowledge of Products and Processes. -> Knowledge of basics of computer and Internet services preferred. -> Ability to apply logical thinking to testing solutions to problems
Desired Profile :	-> Freshers / Experienced Candidates. -> Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream. -> 18-45 years of age. -> MBA, Engineering Graduates & MCA not eligible. -> Good communication skills in English & Regional Languages. -> Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course. -> Willingness to work in night shifts and 24 / 7 environment.
