Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL), a company promoted by MMTC Ltd, Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Orissa limited (IPICOL) and other government agencies has set up an 1.1 million ton Integrated Iron and steel plant at Kalinganagar, Duburi, Dist-Jajpur, Orissa.

Age: Minimum 55 years, as on 01.03.2012.

Qualification:
- Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management qualification and experience in general management and familiarity with finance/ marketing/ production, preferable.
Age: Minimum 55 years, as on 01.03.2012.
Experience:
- Having experience of not less than 25 years.
- Should have worked in production of the integrated steel plant and should be having experience in Planning and Production Management.
- Should have 10 years of experience at responsible position as Department Head etc.
- Should have worked for 5 years in the position of General Manager/ Executive Director or equivalent.
