The Indian Institute of Astrophysics is a premier institute devoted to research in astronomy, astrophysics and related physics.

PROGRAM DETAILS

School in Physics and Astrophysics (15 - 25 May 2012) at Kodaikanal Observatory, Kodaikanal
Internship Programme (15 May - 13 July 2012) at Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore

Candidates selected for the "Internship Programme" will also attend the "School in Physics and Astrophysics" which will be held at the Kodaikanal Observatory of the institute.

ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

Students in the pre-final / final year of their degree programme are eligible to apply
Candidates should have obtained 60% or more marks in the core subjects (from X standard)
In the case of grade point average (GPA), normalize to 100% i.e., if GPA is out of 10, multiply by 10 etc.
