| GUIDELINES FOR APPLYING : |
The filled up application in the prescribed form, which can be download from the Supplyco website shall be sent to the address below on or before 20.03.2012 at 4.00 P.M along with an application fee for Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) as Demand Draft drawn in favour of Special Officer, CFRD payable at Kochi (for SC/ST candidates the application fee is Rs.100/- only) superscribing on the envelop “Application for Trainee Analyst”. Applications
received not in the prescribed form, without D.D and after the due date shall be summarily rejected.
