| Job Description : |
1. Learn the TK20 suite of web applications.
2. Communicate with University Administrators in America to furnish answers on functional design, enhancement needs and other such software solutions pertaining to the TK20 suite of Web Applications.
3. Answer customer queries via ReadyDesk on server issues, functional implementation and working of the applications.
4. Write professional emails without assistance.
5. Participate in design evaluation and researching enhancement needs.
6. Extensive training will be provided by our mentor groups at Chandigarh and Austin.
7. The opening is for Software Support Specialist trainees followed by a Software Support Specialist position after the successful completion of a training period of six months. |

1. Seeking fresh graduates from IT field in our Software Specialist group.
2. We are looking for people with an interest in technology and excellent writing and communications skills.
3. Technical degree is a must.
4. Excellent writing skills.
5. Competence in using web based applications and strong analytical skills required.
6. Must have the ability to comprehend the TK20 Suite of Applications and analyze design models.
7. knowledge of database will be an advantage.
8. Readiness to learn web based help desk software tools.
9. Readiness to learn the domain of Education Technology and work with American peers.
Selection Process :
1. Technical Aptitude test followed by Interviews.
2. Six months training with stipend of 12,000/-.
3. Placement after training with confirmed salary (slab system followed for regular salary hikes).
4. Two years bond mandatory.
