Job Position :	SAP HR Technical Consultant (Code : SAP HR)
Qualification :	BE / B Tech / MBA
Experience :	10 Years
Job Location :	Bangalore
Desired Profile :	1.) At least 3 years of relevant ABAP HR experience. 2. Ability to provide technical expertise needed to effectively implement/support the module at the 4.7 Release Level. 3. Ability to support multiple implementation projects working with other team members. 4. Ability to manage and train the Peoplesoft technical team in SAP HR. 5. Ability to gather information for HR custom GAPS, writing of functional/technical specs for HR customization, testing and providing end user documentation for these. 6. At least two prior SAP HR implementation experience as a consultant. 7. Experience with the specification, development and testing of enhancements.
Preffered Skills :	1.) Migration experience from People soft/Oracle HR to SAP HR would be an added advantage. 2. Peoplesoft knowledge an added advantage. 3. SAP HR business process configuration knowledge would be a plus. 4. International Experience would be an added advantage.
