Total 10 – 12yr of exp with 3-4 Years of leadership experience in managing similar processes/functions is required. |

| Preffered Skills :
|
1. Work experience in a BPO industry and MNC environment is preferred, especially in customer service area.
2. Experience in leading teams of at least 80-100 for a minimum of three years, preferably in an order entry/order management contact centre environment.
3. Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English required.
4. Preference for American accented English.
5. Greenbelt certification preferred. |
| Technical and Tools :
|
1. Strong PC skills including both Access and Excel, and experience with other Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
2. Good understanding of WAN, data, and voice applications.
3. Should have experience in multiple user platforms, experience in any ERP would be preferred SAP functional knowledge desirable. |
