| Job Description : |
1. Assembling of New Desktop Systems.
2. Installation of all new hardware, systems, and software.
3. Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices.
4. Supports administration of servers and server clusters.
5. Manages all system back-up and restore protocol.
6. Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure.
7. Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
8. Documentation of network problems and resolution for future reference.
9. Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.
10. Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.
11. Requires a thorough knowledge of networking essentials.
12. Strong analytical abilities.
13. To provide Customer Support online / offline.
14. Visit the various centre of Aakash and troubleshoot the problems whenever is required |

7. Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, MPLS etc. |
