Monitoring Support(L1) :-
1. Extensive knowledge on install & Configure messaging infrastructure.
2. Handling messaging Migrations & Consolidations.
3. Upgrade messaging Servers.
4. Services Role holders.
5. Setup & Configure High availability Services.
6. Performance monitoring of messaging Services role holders Policy implementation & Review to accomplish the business requirements.
7. Working with messaging Management tools.
8. Review SMTD & EPD Documents & proposing the industrial Best practices.
9. Perform Health Check of messaging InfrastructurePerform & access messaging Infrastructure Security Audit.
10. Placement of FE & BE role holders across Geo's.
11. Prepare the capacity forecasting requirement of Hardware & Software requirement Backup(L1).
12. Monitor backup jobs, drives and robots using backup console.
13. Restart the failed backup if necessary and start the manual backup.
14. Perform data restore Performing SOP based activities. Handling media management such us ejecting and loading medias.
15. Perform the robot inventory. Generate a backup status report.
16. Have knowledge on the following concepts - backup basics, master & media server management, Storage unit management, policy management and media management. |
