Desired Profile :	1. Experience on Web Content Management for reputed firm's intranet/internet. 2. Experience in Web Publisher 5.x, Documentum Administrator, Work Flow Manager XML/XSL. 3. Exposure in Java/JSP/Web Publisher Customization CIS/Taxanomy/CRS Web Top 5.x. 4. Experience in Intranet/Internet style guides. 5. Basic OOAD concepts and programming constructs (like Exception and Error handling, coding standards). 6. Unit testing concepts and frameworks understanding (Junit) Serverside programming (at least one): /ASP/PHP/Perl/Servlets/ Coldfusion. 7. Expertise in Internet protocols(SOAP / IIOP / RMI / HTTP / HTTPS / ebXML / 'TCP / IP' / CORBA / DCOM / FTP / TELNET). 8. Experience with component based architecture (EJB / COM / DCOM). 9. Working knowledge on Application server MTS, Web sphere, Web logic. 10. Expertise in OOA/D, UML concepts.
