Job Description : |
1. Creating, modifying and deleting user accounts, computer accounts and Groups using Active Directory. 2. Escalate unresolved cases to relevant Desktop Support Engineer. 2. Take calls and Create incidents on request. 3. Update incidents and identify problems in an ITIL environment. 4. Create Group Mail ID’s and add /remove users to email groups. 5. Handle Employee relieving procedure. 6. Provide level 1 remote troubleshooting support on desktop issues, laptop issues, Outlook issues, VPN issues, Installation of software. 7. FTP Account Administration and Management. 8. File Server Access Administration. 9. Demonstrate aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments. |
Desired Profile : |
1. Good working knowledge preferably in an IT Helpdesk environment. 2. In-depth knowledge on Operating Systems. 3. Knowledge in using Remote Desktop Tools. 4. In-depth knowledge on Active Directory Infrastructure, group policy etc. 5. Knowledge of Blackberry and PDA support. 6. Knowledge of Outlook, VPN, Peripheral devices. Wireless connectivity and industry standard software. 7. AD Account Administration. 8. Good verbal and written communication skills. 9. Demonstrate aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments. 10. Knowledge of remote/virtual technical support via telephone/Remote Tools in a IT Helpdesk environment. 11. Fresher’s are considered, provided they have strong communication / presentation skills and IT knowledge. |
