1. Processing and approving of New Loans/ Deposits/LC’s, Renewals, repayment, prepayment, fee payment, assignments and transfers. 2. Monitor various systems to identify exceptional cases and perform investigation. 3. Management of production workflow & ensuring deadlines for processing transactions are adhered as per the Service lLevel Agreements. 4. Responding quickly and efficiently to Front office, and Client queries and solving their problems in a professional, timely and effecient manner. 5. Develop positive working relationships with the various internal clients (e.g Middle Office, front Office, Customer Service groups etc.). 6. Heavy involvement with project initiatives to improve process & procedure documentation. 7. Manage workflows within the team in a efficient manner in a busy office environment. 8. Ensure and maintain good housekeeping practices. |
