RECRUITMENT FOR VARIOUS POSTS SL. NO. POST SCALE OF PAY MINIMUM QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE AGE (as on 31.03.2012) 1. Asstt. General Manager (Legal)   1 POST E-6: `36,600- 3% -62,000/- (Min gross pay `84,000/- per month approx) Masters Degree         in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce with Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institution. A Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management shall be preferable. Min. 10 yrs experience in the field of Law of which at least 4 yrs should be in a middle management position in a Govt. Organization/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Private Concern     of repute. Candidates having registration in Bar Council and practicing experience of 10 years may also apply. Experience of handling litigation and arbitration cases in a trading Organization will be preferred. Below 40 yrs. 2. Asstt. General Manager (e-Commerce) 1 POST   E-6: `36,600- 3% - 62,000/- (Min. gross pay `84,000/- per month approx)* Masters Degree        in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce or Degree in Engineering or MBA from a recognized University/ Institution. Sr. Manager (e-Commerce) 1 POST E-5 : `32,900- 3% -58,000/- (Min. gross pay `75,000/- per month approx)* Masters Degree        in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce or Degree in Engineering or MBA from a recognized University/ Institution. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Materials Management & knowledge of Import-Export shall be preferable. Min. 8 yrs experience in the field of Materials Management/ Marketing/ Import-Export etc of which at least 5 yrs should be in supervisory capacity in a Govt. Organization/Public Sector Undertaking/Private Concern of repute. Exposure to e-commerce shall be preferred. Below 38 yrs 4. Manager (e-Commerce) OR Dy. Manager (e-Commerce) 1 POST (reserved for OBC) E-4 : `29,100- 3% - 54,500/- (Min. gross pay `66,000/- per month approx)* Masters Degree in Humanities/Science/ Commerce or degree in Engineering or MBA from a recognized University/ Institution. Min 6 yrs experience in the field of Materials Management/ Marketing/ Import-Export etc of which at least 4 yrs should be in supervisory capacity in a Govt. Organization/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Private Concern of repute. Below 38 yrs E-3 : `24,900- 3% -50,500/- (Min. gross pay `57,000/- per month approx)* Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce or Degree in Engineering or MBA from a recognized University/ Institution Min 4 yrs experience in Materials Management/ Marketing/ Import-Export, etc of which at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity in a Govt. organization/PSU/ Private Concern of repute. Below 35 yrs 5. Junior Manager (Legal) 1 POST- ( reserved for SC) E-1: `16,400- 3%- 40,500/- (Min. gross pay `37,000/- per month approx)* Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institution Min. 2 yrs (1 year in case of Candidates having LLM) experience in the field of Law in a Govt. Organization/Public Sector Undertaking/ Private Concern of repute. Candidates having registration in Bar Council and practicing experience of 4 years may also apply. Below 35 yrs. 6. Junior Manager (Systems- Data Base Administrator) 1 POST E-1 : `16,400- 3% - 40,500/- (Min. gross pay `37,000/- per month approx)* BE/B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/Comp. Application OR BCA OR Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution with PG Diploma (regular course of min. 1 year) in Computer Application. Min. 2 yrs experience in Installation, administration and maintenance support primarily for DB2 AIX OS, System Administration, configuring, managing, performance tuning and troubleshooting, etc in a Govt. organization/PSU/ Private Concern of repute. Below 30 yrs. 7. Junior Manager (Systems - Web Programmer) 2 POSTS E-1 : `16,400- 3%-40,500/- (Min. gross pay `37,000/- per month approx)* BE/B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/Comp. Application. OR BCA OR Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution. with PG Diploma (regular course of min. 1 year) in Computer Application. Min. 2 yrs experience in Websphere Application Server 718 Administration & support expertise, network deployment, J2EE Framework and Application Topologies, etc in a Govt. organization/PSU/Private Concern of repute.             OR Min. 2 yrs experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET, Framework 2.0/3.5, Crystal Report, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, stored procedure & functions preferably in DB2 and/or SQL Server etc in a Govt. organization/ PSU/ Private Concern of repute. Below 30 yrs. * In addition to the above, benefits like Performance Related Pay, medical reimbursement PF, gratuity, leave encashment, etc. are also payable.  NOTE: I)    All Posts are identified for PH persons. Although there is no reservation in these posts, PH candidates can be considered for selection for appointment to the posts by the standards of merit applicable to the respective category. II)     Disability should not be less than 40% to be eligible for the benefit of reservation. III)    Internal candidates should have worked for a period of at least one year in the next below grade   SELECTION PROCESS I)       Selection for the posts at sl nos. 1-5 shall be based on interview only and for posts at 6 & 7 through written test (1 hour duration) and interview.
