Job Description :	1. Inbound Customer Service (US Shifts). 2. To handle International Inbound Calls. 3. Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT. 4. Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels. 5. Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service. 6. Acertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner. 7. Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem. We provide cabs to South Delhi, East Delhi, Noida & Ghaziabad
Desired Profile :	1. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Neutral Accent. 4. Zeal to work in BPO Industry. 5. Graduates / Undergraduates. 6. OK with 24*7 shifts will be preferred.
