Job Description :	This is for the Rational Enterprise Modernisation product development and support. Primarily working on customer defects and fixing APARs while we create scope for development activity as well to meet the new customer requirements and stay current with our currency level of support.
Desired Profile :	1. C/C++, Windows SDK/MFC programming OR Core JAVA/J2EE technologies. 2. Strong knowledge and good working experience with either Microsoft technology OR good working experience with Core JAVA/J2EE technologies - Atleast 1 year experience. 3. Debugging skills. 4. Debugging skills - strong either on Windows programming [Visual Studio or WinDBG] OR for JAVA technology [Eclipse IDE] - Atleast 1 year experience. 5. Operating Systems Basics Windows & non-Windows like LINUX & AIX - Intermediate.
