| Mandatory Requirement : |
1. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Flex development.
2. Hands-on experience with GUI technologies.
3. Should have the knowledge of Flex Frameworks such as Cairngorm or PureMVC.
4. Should have a good understanding of web application requirements and RIA design.
5. Should have the exposure on using Flex Builder or any Java IDE.
6.
Should have the experience in building thick, event-driven, smart client applications.
7. Should have a good knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, Java Design Patterns and Hibernate. |
| Preffered Requirement : |
1. Experience in Flex Data Services using LCDS or BlazeDS.
Knowledge in Ajax, JavaScript and XML.
2. Knowledge in any one of the database MySQL / SQL Server.
3. Good at problem solving and able to work with minimal direction. |
| Skils Required : |
OOPS Concept, Core Java, RDBMS Knowledge, UML, JDBC, Flex, Entire SDLC large/medium scale product development involvement. |
