Job Description
- Facilitate process analysis of Corporate IT business processes including clarifying, identifying issues and facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, control and compliance.
- Identifying the root of business problems and creating strong and rational business cases for change and the action plan. Preparing detailed documentation including process diagrams & reports.
- Analyze quarterly, half yearly and annual budgeting needs and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
- Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
Desired Profile
- Candidate should have around 0 to 2 years of experience in IT Business Process Analysis.
- Ability to simplify complex things for wider understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in gathering budget requirements, proposals, analysis, reporting and expenses control would be a plus.
