Job Profile :	-> Basic knowledge of Software Engineering. -> Knowledge of at least one company relevant programming languages. -> Knowledge and efficient use of Data Structures. -> Sound knowledge of OOPS. -> Proficiency in RDBMS. concepts such as Database Design, Stored Procedures etc. -> Good Command in written and oral skills of the official language. -> Knowledge on Web Services/SOA. -> Knowledge on Struts/Hibernate frameworks. -> Knowledge on Java/J2EE Technologies. -> Knowledge on Application Servers such as Tomcat, Web Logic, Web sphere etc.
Desired Profile :	-> A Junior Software Engineer would be typically be involved in basic coding and unit testing. -> He or She shall be responsible for developing modules. -> He or She shall have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment.
