Job Description:	-> Blended Billing Process dealing with Platinum Customers. -> Ensure customer satisfaction by providing one stop customer service. -> Managing and updating customer accounts and database. -> Handling customer satisfaction, call quality and time lines.
Elegibility Criteria :	-> Graduates / Undergraduates / Diploma Holders in any stream. -> B Tech, BE, MCA, MBA are not eligible. -> Fresher or experienced in Customer Care. -> Candidate 18 - 32 Yrs old must possess . -> Good Communication Skills. -> Good typing speed. -> Fair knowledge about MS Excel—V-Look Up, H-Look Up, Pivot Table, Formulas, Macros, Sorting, Filteration. -> Zeal to learn and grow. -> Confident and self motivation attitude . -> Candidate should be flexible to work in 24 X 7 working environment.
Mandatory Documents :	-> 10th, 12th / 3Yrs Diploma certificate / Graduation Certificates. -> Experience letter / Resignation acceptance letter of last organization. -> Experience Letter from the previous organizations. -> Photo ID Proof – Driving License / Pan Card / Voter ID Card / Passport. -> Residential proof - Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport / Ration Card / Rent Agreement / Bank Passbook / Residence Certificate. -> 2 Passport Size Photographs.
