Job Description :	1. Technical Support / Customer Support Associate required by India's Leading BPO with the following skill set. 2. Excellent Customer Service Skills and Aptitude. 3. Ability to analyze and solve technical problems. 4. Knowledge of computer hardware, network, operating systems and Internet services preferred. 5. Ability to apply logical thinking to testing solutions to problems.
Desired Profile :	1. Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream. 2. 18-45 years of age. 3. Engineers with specialization in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical and Instrumentation only. 4. MBA & MCA not eligible. 5. Good communication skills in English. 6. Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course. 7. Willingness to work in night shifts and 24 / 7 environment (Pick & Drop provided).
