| Job Description : |
1. Network Latency (Performance).
2. Network Packet Delivery (Reliability).
3. Networking Knowledge (Reliability, Availability & Latency) is a must.
4. Database (SQL) Knowledge is a must.
5. Concepts like Multiplexing Encryption, Normalization etc. should be known.
6. Proficient use of a number of tools and software packages and fixing identified basic reporting issues in databases.
7. Meeting monthly deadline and tracking investigations results for management purposes. |
| Desired Profile : |
1. Any graduate field including B.Tech’s / BCAs / MBAs are eligible.
2. Freshers can apply.
3. Good Microsoft Excel knowledge (Macros, Pivots, Look-ups are must).
4. Personal Computer (“PC”) literate – very good computer skills including Microsoft (“MS”) Office, Excel (formulas, tables, macros, filters etc.) and Access.
5. Basic networking knowledge.
6. Ability to interpret and analyze measured data for Network Latency, Packet Delivery .
7. Developing and maintaining reports based on the requirements.
8. Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English language.
9. Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
10. Analytical thinking.
11. Ability to complete tasks within the set deadlines and quality criteria.
12. Ability to determine root causes for out of target values.
13. Ability to prioritize assigned tasks and cope well with time pressure. |
