| Job Description : |
1. Load hotel contracts on client’s systems in a back office environment.
2. Interpret the contract information and load this information, rates, inventory, taxes, policies etc. accurately and in accordance with client’s policies.
3. For every contract loaded a quality check must be performed using client’s quality checklist from time to time.
4. Log and query additional information as requested by client.
5. Handle and store related electronic documents. |
| Desired Profile : |
1. Basic English proficiency & comprehension (spoken and written).
2. Ability to read handwritten English from various parts of the world.
3. Basic Microsoft office applications skills including Outlook, Access and Excel.
4. Basic Internet and web based application skills.
5. Good typing skills needed. |
