Job Description :	1. Help Customers with GPRS settings and activation etc. 2. To receive calls and provide resolutions to the GPRS customers via call.
Desired profile :	1.Candidate should be well verse in English communication. 2. Age group - No bar - male/female candidates can apply. 3. Should be able to work in 24/7 shifts in Customer Service. 4. Need to relocate to Durgapur or Siliguri West Bengal. 5. Should be energetic, customer friendly attitude, should have good body language etc. 6. Should be able to speak any one language - Bengali / Assamese / Hindi / Oriya / Syleti Bangla.
