Job Description :	1. In first month, his/her CSS/jQuery skills will be polished. Efforts will be put to get quality and finished which works in most browsers. 2. If he/she is comfortable with PHP (at very basic level), he/she will be promoted to create WordPress themes.
Mandatory Requirements :	1. Must know CSS very well and must know javascript. 2. jQuery or any other javascript framework knowledge will be a big plus. 3. PHP knowledge is not essential..
Preferred Requirements :	1. If one knows CSS-sprites, CSS-3 or any cool stuff form CSS-tricks. 2. If one have used jQuery plugins for tabs, slideshow or anything else. 3. If one have ever fixed some CSS/javascript for IE6. 4. If one have heard about Web 2.0!.
