Job Description :	1. Understand user requirements, information architecture and translate them into a UI design for websites. 2. Create wireframes based on site maps. 3. Convert created designs to standards based cross browser compliant HTML + CSS. 4. Convert designs to Drupal themes.
Desired Profile :	1. Any Graduate with 1 to 4 years experience in website design. Candidate with commercial arts background preferred. 2 .Creative visualization and designing. 3. Command over Photoshop or Fireworks. 4. Good understanding of HTML and CSS. 5. Excellent communication & team work.
