| Scheme Description: | : | We
invite freshers with an aptitude for career in sales and having good
communication skills to be part of the SRL’s field Force. The training
period will be for 6 months during which the selected candidates will
be given a structured & extensive training on product awareness,
Selling Skills, Customer Relationship Management and groomed to be a
sales professional par excellence. SRL offers positive work environment
with progressive career development for the ambitious professionals.
The selected members can explore different career options within the
organization and gain global exposure in course of their stay with SRL. Candidates are guided and groomed during the 6 months of Training period. The successful Trainees are designated as Business Development Executives in their respective locations. |

| Compensation and Benefits: | : | SRL provides attractive compensation and benefits for the employees .The Sales Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- per month for first 6 months. On confirmation as Business Development Executive, the members will be eligible for attractive benefits as per the company policy. |
